
Most women's communities ask you to show up as a founder or a professional. ONDA asks you to show up as a person first.
ONDA was founded by Katrin Kaurov and Sarah Donner with a clear conviction: women needed a space that took them seriously as whole people, not just as job titles or founder profiles. The women's community space was already crowded and almost all of them leaned either corporate and transactional, or casual and surface-level. There was a real gap for something that was both emotionally grounded and strategically useful, and ONDA wanted to live there. We gave them the language, positioning, and visual identity to make that case clearly. Subsequently awarded the MUSE Creative Award in 2025.


The Thinking
The insight that shaped everything: women don't just benefit from community, they're wired for it. Connection isn't a nice-to-have, it's protective. That reframe moved ONDA away from competing on events or content or networking and into something no competitor was really occupying. Depth over activity. Transformation over transactions.




THE WORK
Brand strategy came first - competitor mapping, audience definition, values, tone of voice, positioning. From there, identity: bold, editorial, modern. A system built to hold intimate community moments and high-impact campaign visuals in the same breath. Social templates, speaker spotlights, event collateral, and a full design application system, all showing how the brand would actually live in the world.


What it became
A brand that can hold the full complexity of what ONDA is trying to do. Tight enough to feel intentional across every touchpoint, flexible enough to flex between warmth and authority when the moment calls for it. A tone of voice that isn't girlboss, corporate, or wellness-coded in the way that loses credibility. ONDA now sits in a category of its own - the community where the work on yourself and the work on your business are the same thing.
